Since the beginning, IKEA has been driven by an ambition to create a better life at home for the many people. And the key to products and solutions that help make this possible is Democratic Design. You’ll be tasked with creating a product that solves a common everyday problem in a sustainable way, and considering every aspect of Democratic Design. Supported by one of our experienced workshop leaders, you tackle challenges such as the right choice of material, production process, recycling and price level. And of course, your creation must fit into a flatpack to ensure optimum logistics and distribution.
